What a wonderful day to open up the 2016 Braybrooke Morris Dancers 'Dancing Out' program. With Lots of sun but a chill wind
East Carlton Park was the first
venue in 2016. Sharing dances
with 'Cobbled together' (formerly Hips'n'Haws), St George's Day was celebrated with a variety of dances from both sides. Dancing was performed in front of a large crowd , considering the chill wind.
Many thanks to 'Cobbled together' for generously preparing and sharing a magnificent Pick Nick lunch with the Braybrooke side.
Also all of those who had taken St.Georges Day to heart and dress in red and white as appropriate especially the lady above who let me photograph her St.George Earrings. If anyone viewing this page knows her please let her know her picture is on the Braybrooke Morris Dancers Website
(www.braybrookemorris2104.weebly.com and the Braybrooke Morris Dancers Facebook page .
Also many thanks to Susan for taking over with the camera when I was dancing.
Next outing Sunday 1st May 2016 - celebrating Mayday at Foxton Locks
